About Me
I have nurtured a passion for woodworking since my earliest memories of being with my great grandfather when I was just 4 years old, watching as he made me a toy box that I still have to this day
Most of my adult life has been spent in the wood industry, from working on the floor of a molding manufacturing plant to installing woodworking machines all over North America. I take pride in what I have learned from my customers, friends, and family, drawing on their unique talents, techniques, and knowledge. Now, I am an IT guy by day and a woodworker by night.
I enjoy spending time with the family in the shop, teaching them and letting them do their own creative things. Our teenagers come and go, as expected, but my wife, Katie and I can always count on them come Craft Fair season. And with a pack of four dogs, there is always one or more around to keep us company during "Shop Hours."
I strive for quality, one-of-a-kind pieces, whether it is a small set of coasters, finely honed cutting boards, custom charcuterie boards, natural live-edge tables, or breathtaking river tables.
